科研经历与研究方向

武汉理工大学特聘研究员。2016 年博士毕业于韩国光云大学,博士研究期间主要从事 金属纳米结构生长机理与光学性能调控的研究;2016 ~2019 年在华中科技大学光电学院 从事博士后研究工作,结合前期研究基础,探索了半导体与介电材料复杂纳米结构加工合 成工艺,并将研究成果成功应用于多款不同类型器件中,通过新型材料合成与微纳结构设 计相结合的新思路,提升了生物传感器芯片的检测极限与重复利用率,光电器件的光电耦 合效率,以及储能器件的有效储能效率等特色研究方案;2020 年加入武汉理工大学理学 院物理系任职,在原有夯实的生物检测与微纳加工研究基础上,结合理学院强大的理论建 模基础与计算辅助平台,构建了理论建模与光纤传感技术相结合的研究方式,所得成果在 Nano Micro Lett., Mater. Horiz., Nano Energy, J. Mater. Chem. A 等国际一流杂志发表学术论文 86 篇,其中作为一作或通讯作者发表 29 篇,中科院一区文章 11 篇。授权韩国发明 专利 6 项,中国发明专利 3 项。H 影响因子 23。近五年来先后承担国家自然科学基金青 年项目、国家重点研发青年科学家项目、博士后特别资助项目以及博士后面上项目。获批 湖北省“楚天学者系列”人才计划,担任 Nanomaterials 客座编辑。

Research experience and research direction


Wuhan University of Technology Distinguished Researcher. I graduated with a PhD from Gwangyun University in South Korea in 2016. During my doctoral research, I mainly focused on the growth mechanism and optical performance control of metal nanostructures; From 2016 to 2019, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Based on previous research, I explored the processing and synthesis processes of complex nanostructures in semiconductors and dielectric materials, and successfully applied the research results to various types of devices. Through a new approach combining new material synthesis and micro nano structure design, I improved the detection limit and reuse rate of biosensor chips, the optoelectronic coupling efficiency of optoelectronic devices, and the effective energy storage efficiency of energy storage devices; Joined the Department of Physics at the School of Science, Wuhan University of Technology in 2020. Building on the solid foundation of biological detection and micro/nano processing research, combined with the strong theoretical modeling foundation and computational assistance platform of the School of Science, a research approach combining theoretical modeling and fiber optic sensing technology was constructed. The results obtained were published in Nano Micro Lett, Material Horiz, Nano Energy, J. Mater Chem A first-class international journal has published 86 academic papers, including 29 as first author or corresponding author, and 11 articles in the first district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Authorized 6 invention patents in South Korea and 3 invention patents in China. H has an impact factor of 23. In the past five years, we have undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program, National Key Research and Development Youth Scientist Program, Postdoctoral Special Funding Program, and Doctoral Postdoctoral Program. Approved for the "Chu Tian Scholar Series" talent program in Hubei Province, serving as a guest editor at Nanomaterials.
